Can I customized my order?

Customization costs depend on the level of changes requested. Simple adjustments such as less spice, less oil, or extra spice are provided at no additional cost. However, more extensive customizations may incur an extra charge.

Do you ship to all over UK?

Yes, our shipping area covers whole of the UK

Can I cancel my order

Yes, provided you let us know immediately after placing the order it can be cancelled with no extra cost and refund will be made. As we usually prepare our meals to order. Once an order has been prepared cancellation comes at an extra cost. Orders already shipped can not be cancelled.

How are the meals kept fresh?

Meal orders are shipped in thermal packaging and preserved with ice packs to help keep them fresh during transit.

Do soups come with swallow?

We currently do not offer soup with swallow.
