Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on any food items.

We understand the importance of receiving your order in perfect condition, and we take great care in preparing, packaging, and delivering your items. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving damaged due to late delivery or any other reason, please contact us through live chat on our website or through email via admin@oddysfoods.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or an alternative solution

Refunds
We will offer a replacement if any issues with your order was as a result of our fault or our courier company. If you do not wish to accept the replacement offer you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
