Shipping and Delivery Guide

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below:

Cooked Meals and Snacks
- Once we receive an order your meal is prepared, and then frozen before it is dispatched to maintain freshness.
- Orders are shipped twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. Below is our weekly shipping schedule:

1.) Orders placed between Wednesdays and Saturdays will be shipped the following week Monday to be delivered the next day.

2.) Orders placed between Sundays and Tuesdays will be shipped on Thursdays to be delivered on next day .

Our shipping rates starts from  £8.99 and up to maximum of £12.60 for orders over 10Kg.

For customers within a 20-mile radius of our location, orders can be placed and delivered any day of the week. Local delivery will be made the day next after orders placed. You will see local delivery option at check out if your address is within 20-mile radius of our location. 

Other Food Items

Other food stuff items (non-perishable) will be shipped using Standard Delivery Service. Orders for these items are dispatched between Monday - Friday every week.
