Oddys absolutely nailed Naija Fried Rice 10/10 - Cooked perfectly, and the addition of chopped gizzard was the best surprise! Massive gizzard fan. Never had that in fried rice before, but it really works in this flavourful nutritious dish.
One of those dishes everyone makes differently, and Oddys version passed with flying colours! Very nice and loved the fried turkey.

Perfect - Crunchy but soft, well baked, sweetness just right, lovely spices (cinnamon or something). My mum is fussy with her chin chin and says this is first class. I agree!
